Kayla wakes up one day in a strange, deserted alley in London, and ever since then, she falls asleep spontaneously. It goes on for a few days, so she follows her bizarre aunt's advice and goes to the GP. The doctor does several medical tests on her and concludes that while Kayla possesses the same symptoms as someone who has narcolepsy, she shows no signs of the disease internally and therefore it cannot be possible that she has the disease. On her way home from the GP, she falls asleep and has a memorable dream about an encounter with a strange lady who tells her that it is not a simple 'mundane' issue that can be fixed and that she has been cursed and needs to find the "Bellicus" who she will be able to find through the clues in her strange dreams.
So Kayla goes on her journey to find this "Bellicus". Her first clue: London. But on the way, she finds her dreams have led her into odd situations.
